Had to have a garbage disposal installed and to leverage the visit, also a water valve replacement. Installer was professional, helpful (did some troubleshooting to try to avoid other costs) and provided fair estimates. My mom has used these folks before and always fair, honest, clean up after work and I feel we are treated respectfully. A few months later and now my water heater stopped working. I called Advanced Plumbing and they were out in a few hours to assess it, they replaced it the next morning. They were communicative about their status, came when they said and finished by when they said. I had a house full of guests at the time and was so grateful for the fast service. I’m not hoping for trouble but if it happens, a reliable plumber is critical to know. And here we are again. I’ve had a hard to turn off shower knob for months and have been dreading calling a plumber thinking it would take days, cost a ton and maybe require some time work. I could not have been more wrong. I called Advanced Plumbing & Drain hoping for some quick assistance when the city’s DPW crew was doing work on the sidewalk and exposed my old (and leak prone) galvanized water supply pipe. Gabriel came out immediately, sorted out the situation, and in less than 24 hours finished a complex job, easily exceeding my wildest expectations.
