This was my first experience with Nick and I found him via Yelp's request a quote system. I put out a quote request for installing a seismic gas line shutoff valve to several contractors and Nick got back to me pretty quickly with what seemed to be a relatively straightforward install job. He quoted around $400-450 for the job which appeared to be in line with some other contractor responses. Since he was a fast responder and his reviews were killer, I asked Nick if he wanted to do it and he scheduled the install for a couple days later. While onsite, he completed the install quickly, tested the gas appliances throughout the house and taught me about how the shutoff valve works. Additionally, he helped me diagnose some other plumbing related (non-urgent) problems I've been having lately in the house.

Great experience. I've got Nick on "speed dial" for the next, inevitable plumbing problem in my house 🙂

I had a sewer back-up problem the night before more Mother’s Day. I contacted Advanced Plumbing and Drain, because they had several good reviews on Yelp. I spoke with Nick at 9:00 pm that night to explain the problem. Nick and his team arrived in the morning and resolved the sewer problem. Great customer service, friendly, very informative and the cost was reasonable. Thanks to Nick and his team for resolving the problem! I had a great Mother's Day!

If I could give 10 Stars for stellar service, reliability, professionalism, and friendliness I would. Nick and his crew in Advance Plumbing have efficiently and quickly solved emergency and non emergency plumbing issues from very large problems to small ones . He is honest and trustworthy and I will never use anyone else except him and his company as a home owner. He consistently goes above and beyond my expectations in getting quality work done on my home .

We had a water heater leak and it was very late in the day. We tried several plumbing companies before contacting Nick with Advanced Plumbing and Drain. They came out, determined the problem, explained our options, and the water heater was replaced within a couple of hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable.
